We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us you are sending us return. All sale items are final.
You may request a return label, but please know that the shipping cost will be deducted when your refund is issued. You may also chose to ship back a return using your own shipping method. Please email us at orders@pleatcollection.com for the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@pleatcollection.com to let us know you will be shipping back an item so we know to be on the lookout for it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any item that appears to be washed or worn will not be accepted. All tags must still be on all returned items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the original order. When the order is received, you will be refunded.
Refunds
All sale items are final sale. We will only notify you if your return was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping cost ($10) if you choose to use our label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
ALL purchases made during a warehouse/Black Friday sale are final.
Orders can not be edited, combined, or cancelled.
If an item is out of stock you will be refunded via email.
Priced adjustments will not be made for any orders placed before or during the sale.
Discount codes may not be applied after an order has been submitted.
